Vendor Ethics & Conduct
All vendors, exhibitors, and their staff are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner at all times while participating in PeoriaCon®. Failure to comply with the following standards may result in immediate removal from the event without refund, loss of booth privileges, and/or disqualification from future PeoriaCon® events.
Vendor violations include, but are not limited to:

Violation of any local, state, or federal laws, as well as all venue, fire marshal, and PeoriaCon® policies

Failure to comply with instructions from PeoriaCon® Show Management, event staff, security, or venue personnel

Theft, fraud, misrepresentation of goods, or sale of counterfeit or prohibited merchandise

Unauthorized solicitation outside of assigned booth space

Harassment or discrimination of any kind toward attendees, guests, staff, or other vendors, including but not limited to harassment based on sex, disability, appearance, race, religion, or political affiliation

Threatening behavior, physical altercations, or damage to the venue, booth spaces, or property of others

Any conduct that endangers the safety of attendees, staff, or other vendors
Any violations should be reported immediately to PeoriaCon® Show Management or the Show Office.
Certain violations may result in law enforcement involvement where applicable.
Vendor Booth & Sales Conduct

Vendors must remain within their assigned booth space at all times

Amplified sound, disruptive behavior, or activities that interfere with neighboring booths are prohibited

All merchandise sold must comply with copyright, trademark, and licensing laws

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any required sales tax or permits
Refund, Deposit & Rollover Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Rollover payments to future PeoriaCon® events are no longer offered under any circumstances.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are evaluated at the sole discretion of PeoriaCon® Show Management.

If a refund is approved, it will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the total amount paid.

No refunds will be issued for any reason within sixty (60) days of the event.

Full refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
By submitting payment, vendors acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Use of Name, Likeness & Booth Imagery
By participating as a vendor at PeoriaCon®, vendors grant permission for their name, business name, logo, booth setup, and likeness (including photographs, video, and audio recordings) to be used for promotional, advertising, archival, or broadcast purposes related to PeoriaCon®, without compensation.
No-Show Policy
Vendors who fail to check in or contact PeoriaCon® Show Management at least two (2) hours before public opening on the first show day will be considered a no-show. No-shows may forfeit their booth space without refund.
Early Teardown Policy
Early breakdown or teardown of booths before the official close of public show hours is strictly prohibited. Vendors who violate this policy may be disqualified from participating in future PeoriaCon® events.
Additional Notes
An Exhibitor Manual containing detailed setup instructions, parking information, and logistical guidelines will be distributed no later than 30 days prior to the event.
PeoriaCon® reserves the right to adjust booth assignments, policies, or event structure as necessary to ensure safety, professionalism, and the overall success of the event.
Policy Enforcement & Modifications
PeoriaCon® reserves the right to interpret, enforce, and modify vendor policies at any time, with or without prior notice, to ensure safety, professionalism, and the overall success of the event.
Contract
Terms and Conditions
1. Insurance Requirement
I understand and agree that I must maintain an active insurance policy that covers my booth and/or space during PeoriaCon®. I will provide proof of insurance upon request.
2. Business Authorization
I affirm that I am fully authorized to operate a business in the State of Illinois and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Responsibility for Damages
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any damage I or my representatives cause to the venue, equipment, or property during the event.
4. Sales Tax Compliance
I accept full responsibility for collecting and remitting any sales tax owed to the City of Peoria and the State of Illinois. I will provide a valid Illinois Sales Tax ID number if requested.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or disagreement, I agree that all decisions made by PeoriaCon® Show Management are final and binding.
6. Refund and Deposit Policy
If I am unable to attend or exhibit at the event after making a deposit, I understand and agree that PeoriaCon® Show Management, at its sole discretion, may refund the deposit in in part
7. Force Majeure
I agree to hold PeoriaCon® and its associates harmless for any delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, government restrictions, labor disputes, pandemic-related restrictions, or venue unavailability.
8. Booth Location Preferences
While I may indicate preferred booth or table locations, I understand and agree that final placement is determined solely by PeoriaCon® Show Management. Efforts will be made to honor preferences, but no guarantees are made.
9. No Solicitation Policy
I understand and agree that solicitation by exhibitors outside their assigned booth space is strictly prohibited. PeoriaCon® reserves the right to remove violators of this policy without refund.
10. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the event that PeoriaCon® is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, including those beyond the organizer’s control, PeoriaCon® will notify exhibitors as soon as possible and provide options such as rescheduling, applying fees to a future event, or issuing partial refunds. PeoriaCon® is not responsible for any expenses incurred by exhibitors due to such cancellation or postponement.
11. Setup and Teardown
I agree to adhere to the scheduled setup and teardown times as provided by PeoriaCon® management. Early breakdown is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in penalties or exclusion from future events.
12. Booth Staffing
I understand that my booth must be staffed at all times during public show hours. Unattended booths may be subject to removal without refund.
13. Conduct and Safety
I and my staff agree to conduct ourselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. PeoriaCon® reserves the right to remove any individual or exhibitor for misconduct or unsafe behavior, without refund.
14. Sound, Displays, and Materials
I understand that all displays, merchandise, signage, and materials must be safe, appropriate for a general audience, and confined to the allotted space. Excessive sound or light that interferes with neighboring booths may be restricted at PeoriaCon®'s discretion.
15. Intellectual Property
I affirm that I have the legal right to sell, display, or promote any products, artwork, or materials at my booth. I agree not to sell or promote counterfeit or unlicensed merchandise. PeoriaCon® reserves the right to remove any infringing materials or ban offending vendors.
16. Photography and Promotion
I grant permission for PeoriaCon® to photograph or record my booth and activities during the event for promotional and archival purposes. No compensation will be provided for such use.
17. Compliance with Venue Rules
I agree to follow all venue-specific rules and regulations, including fire codes, food/beverage restrictions, and security policies as enforced by venue staff and PeoriaCon® management.
18. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeoriaCon®, Premier Events LLC, their affiliates, employees, volunteers, and the event venue from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my participation in the event, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss resulting from my actions or negligence.
